No, not another geeky space post! This is a geeky post about the show The Big Bang Theory. My husband and I love this show. We toss around TBBT quotes all the time. We look forward to TBBT tv nights most of all.In one episode, Sheldon has a dream that a Gorn (creature from Star Trek: The Original Series) is sitting in his special seat and he cries out, "No, Gorn, No! That's where I sit." We both busted up laughing because there was a giant green creature sitting in his seat and that's all he said??
A week or so ago, I ran across this Deviant Art page, http://black-lupin.deviantart.com/art/19-Mini-Star-Trek-Cross-Stitch-141822942. How could I resist? I knew I had to stitch some of her cute Star Trek designs! As soon as I saw the Gorn, I know what I had to make...a seat cover for my husband computer chair! I still havent quite figured out how I am going to put this on his chair yet, but I'll post up another picture of it when I figure it all out. A nicer one that is all ironed and pretty. LOL

I love both shows! The fusion of Big Bang Theory and Star Trek is awesome, as well as the fusion of crafting and Sci-fi! I think that's my favorite element of this project.
Never watched the Big Bang Theory, but being married to a trekie, I know more than I would like to know about the original Star Trek series, lol, that is a cute finish!
